A single cask Welsh whisky from indy bottlers Adelphi. Distilled at Penderyn Distillery in the foothills of South Wales in 2015 and matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for 8 years, with an out-turn of 247 bottles.
Notes of freshly cut basil, biscuit, birch tree, and lemon marmalade mark this beautiful expression of Penderyn’s characterful distillate.
