You must contact us for authorisation prior to returning unwanted goods. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Goods must be returned unopened and in a saleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for cosmetic damage to labels, boxes or other packaging where the customer has not requested additional images prior to purchase.
We will email you a returns label for you to attach to the outside of the the box to be dropped off/collected by our preferred courier at your convenience.
Delivery Charges
For delivery in the UK, we charge a flat fee of £9.95 regardless of where you are located and the quantity of your order. Due our remote location, orders placed will be collected the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after this. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock it may take an extra 2-3 days to arrive but we will always contact you in advance to warn of any delay. All deliveries must be signed for by someone over 18 and are insured to the full value of the goods incase of any accidental damage.
Shipping to the USA: We can ship to most States starting from £75.00. Please just pick the State you would like to have it shipped to in the checkout section and it will automatically add the shipping fee. If your State is not listed, please get in touch, as we can usually arrange it, although for a slightly higher price. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from the USA due to US legislation on private individuals shipping spirits overseas. Please note, someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for it. PO Box no’s are also strictly prohibited.
International delivery charges vary depending on loction and quantity. You will find a list of shipping charges below. If your country is not listed then please get in touch. Non UK customers will NOT be charged VAT on any goods purchased from Whisky Fix. Please be aware customs or import charges may be applicable to orders sent to Non UK countries at the point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns from non UK countries due to the current laws on the import and export of spirits in the UK.
Please enter your phone number in the address section of the checkout as this is a requirement of our courier companies to ensure hassle free delivery, as they will phone prior to delivery to ensure someone is there to sign for it. These details will not be shared as per our privacy policy.
