Dalmore 40 Year Old Whisky
Released to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The Legendary Richard Paterson as Master Distiller at Dalmore Distillery. Presented in a Baccarat Decanter and a opulent display case, The Dalmore 40 Year Old was originally matured in ex-bourbon casks and then transferred into Matusalen sherry casks for a further seven years.
Nose: Seville oranges, cocoa, dark cherries, walnuts and figs.
Palate: Dark chocolate, marzipan, christmas cake, oranges and plums.
Finish: Long and sweet with more oranges, sherry notes and rich cocoa.
