Thompson Brothers have bottled this secret Speyside single malt whisky from two refill sherry casks. The result is a distillate driven Scotch with notes of lemon, grapefruit, umami and amontillado sherry. It has been reduced to 48.5% and has been non chill filtered and of natural colour. We particularly love the old school label which is a nod to Connoisseurs Choice bottlings from years gone by!
