This single cask release is inspired by one of Finn’s favourite ever whiskies – Balvenie’s ‘Caribbean Cask’.

Cask finishing is all about balance. Here we have the inherent fruitiness of the ‘Balvenie’ spirit character that has been lifted by the tropical notes from the Rum influence. Even at a whopping 63.6% abv this single cask has plenty of balance and it is surprisingly easy drinking.

A limited release of just 180 bottles.
