The third release in NC’NEAN’s Quiet Rebels series. This creation has come from Oban’s very own Gordon Wood, Distillery manager at NC’NEAN. It is a marriage of whisky aged in STR red wine casks (74%), sherry casks (19%), and Rivesaltes casks (7%). It has tasting notes of Crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
