This is a very special bottling for The MacLean & Bruce Foundation which incorporates two first-fill sherry butts, one peated and one unpeated. Bottled at 58% ABV, the marriage of these two casks really leans into the funky, savoury, saline aspects of Ardnamurchan distillate. Smoked meats, raclette cheese, salt, balsamic vinegar, whittled wood, pipe tobacco and dark fruits.
