The 2023 release of sixteen year old Kilkerran whisky from Glengyle Distillery.

Nose : We are welcomed to this dram with notes of Iberico ham, along with notes of tinned pineapple, green apples and demerara sugar.

Palate : Coastal notes reminiscent of the seaside and shingle beaches, along with hints of lemon yoghurt, ground pepper and a touch of peat smoke.

Finish : There is a freshness in the finish and the peat smoke influence endures in notes of toasted marshmallows.
