Deanston 12 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask

This limited edition 2008 vintage Deanston has spent its full 12 years of maturation in Oloroso Sherry Casks from Xerez, Spain. On the nose it has notes of peach and cereal giving the impression of a fruit crumble. The palate is full bodied, with indulgent, mouth-coating oily, citrus notes. The finish is short and sweet, with a hint of cocoa right at the end.
