From Diageo’s 2017 Special Releases range, this is the 16th Brora in the series. It has been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 34 years and bottled at cask strength. Only 3,000 bottles were released.

Nose: Very citrusy, hints of seashells, black pepper and milk chocolate.

Palate: Limes, seasalt, chocolate, almonds, mangos and wood spice.

Finish: Long with coastal, briny notes.
