Introducing Lochlea Sowing Edition – Second Crop.
This release marks the beginning of a new farming year at Lochlea Farm, when they plant our barley seed for this summer’s harvest.
The release echoes the flavours of springtime by using our excellent first-fill Makers Mark ex-bourbon casks, specially selected by production director, John Campbell. The spirit has been maturing longer for this crop of Sowing Edition, and they have selected casks from the top of the warehouse to maximise flavour.
