Bottled at 56.4% ABV and drawn from a single first-fill bourbon barrel, this bottling encapsulates the remarkable traits that Chichibu is famous for. Vibrant and festive but with sumptuous elegance underpinning throughout, their distillate truly shines when unfettered by unnecessary cask influence. Freshly sliced Granny Smith apples, candied lemon peel, pink peppercorn, crushed basil, and nutmeg leap from the glass. Herbaceous and light but profound and lasting. Chichibu tends to be a real treat and this is certainly no exception!
