Tobermory Single Sherry Cask Whisky

Our very own exclusive single cask eight year old Tobermory! We have seeked out a cask of exceptional rarity, one that was previously used for maturing oloroso sherry, and which was also filled at still strength, meaning that the abv% of this Tobermory eight year old in an exceptional 67.6%!!! That is something you dont see every day… Only 306 bottles of this satisfyingly coastal whisky have been produced, and it was bottled on our behalf by esteemed wine merchants, Berry Bros & Rudd.

Nose: Rich fruitcake, root ginger, figs and coastal freshness.

Palate: Leather, tobacco, dried fruit, bandages and hints of ash.

Finish: Rich with a coastal tang.
