The First edition of Westie Sponge from Decadent Drinks. A small batch NC’NEAN distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2023. This is a surprisingly mature and rather lusciously fruity young whisky that balances some nice richness from the casks, alongside a detailed and vivid fruit character from the distillate.
