Kilchoman Founders Cask 2023
Kilchoman is a family run distillery established by Anthony and Kathy Wills. As the business expanded, the husband and wife team were joined by their three sons, George, James and Peter. This is the fifth and final release in the Founders Cask series, chosen by youngest son, Peter Wills.
This eleven year old whisky has been matured in two separate bourbon barrels for over nine years before being finished in a 400 litre Calvados(brandy) cask for more than two years.
Only 517 bottles were produced.
