From Adelphi’s final International Whisky release 30th anniversary release, they return to a country they have huge respect for, Japan.

We have a feeling this distillery will have flown under the radar for many of you. We are also confident this relative anonymity won’t last long.

Akkeshi Distillery is based on Hokkaido and produces wonderfully elegant, peated whisky. This whisky was matured in a first fill ex bourbon barrel producing 253 bottles.
