A single oloroso sherry cask matured 16 year old Tobermory, bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd. Plump dried fruits and Oloroso Sherry spices are assembled, all temptingly spread upon oaken desks in ancient libraries. Hints of bittersweet charred apricot, singed timber and blueberry compote present themselves with time.
