The Thompson Bros have sourced two refill hogsheads of 27 Year Old Inchgower producing 406 bottles at natural strength.

Nose: Salty almond croissants, some marshmallows, pineapple, Percy Pigs, crunchy nut cornflakes, nutmeg, walnuts. Mango and ginger.

Palate: Tangerine, banana bread, osmanthus, pineapple cubes, Haribo hearts, hazelnuts lime and cashews. The Texture is super oily, with more mango.

Finish: long and elegant with some marmalade and brine at the end.
