The 2024 release of Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength. This is a vatting of 70% bourbon cask matured and 30% sherry cask matured whisky.

Nose: This year’s 12 year old cask strength kicks off with notes of marzipan, smoked meats, and a smokiness akin to burnt matches.

Palate: The smoky, earthy note continues on the palate and a nuttiness is introduced in notes of pistachios. Notes of caramelised brown sugar, prunes and custard round out this dram.

Finish: A sea salt note emerges in the finish along with notes of red apple skin.

Limited to one bottle per person.
