Signatory Speyside (M) 21 Year Old Scotch is an oloroso sherry cask matured single cask whisky from a famous distillery in the heart of Speyside beginning with the letter M.
Nose: Soft orchard fruits, vanilla, honey and gentle oak.
Palate: Smooth and rounded, with ripe pear, malt, caramel and light spice.
Finish: Medium length, warming and slightly dry, with lingering fruit and oak.
Natural cask strength with only 635 bottles produced.
