A single cask Port Ellen distilled in 1983 and bottled in 2002.

Dark and tawny in colour, it is sweet from its sherry wood maturation and salty from its geography on the nose. Round and smoothly bodied, it has a noteworthy palate of smoke, salt and old leather. The finish wrings out all those flavours like old tarry ropes on harbour wall.
