Pittyvaich 29 Year Old Whisky
This beautiful bottle of Pittyvaich is from a small batch of pedro ximenez and oloroso sherry casks. Pittyvaich was only operational for 18 years before falling victim to industry consolidation in 1993 and has thus vanished. Its dwindling stock is rarely sighted today.
Nose: Dried flowers, rich fruits and buttery sponge.
Palate: Sultanas, ginger, hay and clotted cream.
Finish: Long and smooth with a hint of spice.
