The Pittyvaich distillery was a producer of single malt Scotch whisky that operated between 1974 and 1993. It closed in that year and was demolished in 2002.
This comes from single cask #3723 producing just 159 bottles.
NOSE: RICH BANANAS INTERTWINE WITH GREEN APPLE AND LIME ZEST . VIBRANT TROPICAL FRUIT NOTES LEAD TO SWEET HONEY, FOLLOWED BY MARZIPAN.
TASTE: SWEET CITRUS FRUIT COMBINE WITH SUBTLE FRESH MINT NOTES, BALANCED BY BLACK PEPPER. PINEAPPLE COMES TO THE FORE ALONGSIDE MALTEDBISCUIT.
FINISH: MEDIUM-BODIED WITH TART GRAPEFRUIT AND CHARRED OAK.
