Oban 18 Year Old Single Cask Lifeboat Edition

Donated to the Oban branch of RNLI to celebrate their 40th anniversary, this 18 Year Old Single Cask ‘Oban Single Malt’ is one the few rare single cask whiskies in existence from Oban Distillery. With an out-turn on 297 bottles from a bourbon hogshead, it has been bottled at cask strength with out any chill-filtration.

Nose: Fresh and clean with warm sugary butter, light spices and fresh cut grass.

Palate: Citrus fruits with an oily mouthcoating style, a hint of peat and vanilla toffee with more spices.

Finish: Long and rich with coffee and pepper.

Each bottle comes individually numbered with a certificate of authenticity and a presentation display box.
