NC’NEAN Aon 17-366 Single Cask Scotch
Released in early March 2023, Aon means one in gaelic and represents NC’NEAN’s collection of single cask bottlings. Each cask has been hand-picked because it is delicious, unique and unrepeatable. NC’NEAN AON 17-366 has been produced from 100% organic Scottish barley using Anchor and Fermentis yeast strains before being exclusively matured in an ex red wine STR cask. The result is a wonderfully fruity whisky with notes of raspberry jam, candied grapefruit, buttered toast. Only 335 bottles have been produced!
