A 2024 single cask release from NC’NEAN Distillery. Aon 17-311 comprises of whisky first matured in an ex-bourbon cask for 5 years before being moved into a Rye cask for a further 2 years. Bottled in June 2024, it comprises of 100% organic Scottish barley, fermentis and anchor yeasts and bottled at natural cask strength with no added colouring. It has notes of butterscotch, eucalyptus, plums and warming wood spice.
