The 2011 release of the now discontinued Easter Elchies single cask range. Matured for 14 in a first fill sherry cask and bottled at cask strength – The way Macallan should be!

Nose: Big sherry notes, Seville oranges, dark chocolate, oak and cherries.

Palate: Cloves, figs, chocolate, forest fruits, espresso, marzipan and liquorice.

Finish: Sweet and extremely long with pepper spice.
