It’s official, we are now 10 years old! To honour this landmark, it would be rude not to celebrate with a wave of single cask exclusive bottling’s. Second up is this Palo Cortado sherry octave finish Ledaig 15 Year Old. Only 92 bottles of this boisterous, smoke laden whisky have been produced and bottled by our friends at Murray McDavid.

Nose: Sea shells, cured meat and peat smoke.

Palate: Smoky and oily with notes of grapefruit, oranges, Havana cigars and baked apples.

Finish: Briny and salty enhanced by the palo cortado sherry octave.
