Batch #7 of Kilkerran Heavily Peated.

Nose: Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest and damp gooseberry bushes, with a hemp, vegetal note developing over time.

Palate: The peat comes to the forefront in the palate with a characteristic sweetness detected in notes of toasted marshmallows, along with hints of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread.

Finish: The finish sees the continuation of the sweet peat influence and the introduction of a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.
