100% sherry cask matured Kilkerran eight year old cask strength from Glengyle Distillery.

Nose: Sweet and smoky on the nose, the peat smoke influence comes though in notes of toasted marshmallows and smoked ham. Notes of dark chocolate and clove develop over time.

Palate : The coastal influence comes to the forefront on the palate in notes of sea salt and fishing nets, along with the sweetness reminiscent of candied apples and toffee.

Finish : The sweet peat influence remains in the finish in a burnt candy note.
