NOSE: Notes of prunes, marzipan and orange-infused chocolate introduce this dram.

PALATE: Vibrant and complex on the palate, there are notes of maraschino cherry syrup, liquorice, dates and star anise. Gentle peat smoke emerges, along with a hint of sweet cinnamon toast.

FINISH: Sea salty in the finish, with notes of hazelnuts, mint and morello cherries.
