The fourth edition in the Kilchoman Founders Cask Release is from a single oloroso sherry hogshead, matured for ten years. This specially selected cask is from their 100% Islay selection, where the barley is grown on the farm the distillery sits on and malted to 20ppm in their very own maltings floor.
