This Jura whisky has been shaped by seven different oak wood types, first fill American bourbon white oak, vosges, bertranges, jupilles, allier, troncais and limousin barrels.
Nose: Wood spice, milk chocolate and ginger.
Palate: Soft smoke, peaches, liquorice and candied orange.
Finish: Smoke and sea-spray.
