Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries 2021

The Chichibu Distillery, which started operation in 2008, and the Mars Shinshu Distillery, which resumed distillation in 2011. This project has been launched to pursue new possibilities of Japanese whisky by two distilleries that have high aspirations. The Chichibu Distillery, which is rich in nature and benefits from the temperature difference peculiar to the basin and the Arakawa River, and the Mars Shinshu Distillery which is surrounded by beautiful forests at the foot of Mt.Kisokoma in the Central Alps. The whiskies that has been aged in these two environments is blended in each area and expressed as two new personalities.
