Single malt whisky distilled at the highly revered Chichibu Distillery in Japan. It has been matured in red wine casks from France, USA, New Zealand and Japan, helping to creat deep and complex flavours. In order to make the most of these characteristics, this whisky wasn’t chill filtered and has natural colour. The casks used, mature the whisky on its lees, which is very much a part of the flac=vour profile of this bottling.
