Made with a mix of heavily peated malt and distilling malt, it has then been fermented with 7 different types yeast, including Belgian ale yeast and passion fruit wine yeast! It has then been triple matured in bourbon, ex Islay and virgin oak casks.

Nose : Lemon zest, horse chestnut pith, hints of peppermint and light hickory smoke.

Palate: Wafer biscuits, dark chocolate mousse, notes of earthy Highland peat smoke.

Finish: Light stewed pears, with a well rounded clean finish.
