A very notable release of this Glentauchers Speyside Scotch 2008 14-Year-Old by North Star Spirits, part of their Obscurities and Curiosities series. This whisky was distilled in 2008, matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry cask, and bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.2% ABV in 2022. Tasting notes include caramel, nutmeg, raisins, dark chocolate, molasses and sweetened dates. A very limited bottling.
