Glenallachie 2013 Single Cask Scotch aged for 12 Years in an ex pedro ximinez sherry cask ref #1094, bottled at a cask strength of 62.6% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Nose: Honeycomb, mocha and maraschino cherries, with baking spices, vanilla buttercream and molasses tart.

Palate: Treacle, cherry and candied orange, followed by cinnamon buttercream, mocha and crème de cassis, with crystallised brown sugar and plum syrup.

Finish: Long and mouth coating with lingering dark chocolate and Christmas spice notes.
