Glen Scotia 28 Year Old Single Cask Whisky
This whisky was distilled in 1992 and laid to rest in a single first fill bourbon hogshead for 28 years before being bottled in 2020 by famous indy bottlers Gordon & MacPhail. It has been bottled at cask strength with an out turn of 194 bottles.
Nose: Melons and cream, a touch of oak spices and walnuts.
Palate: Apples, caramel, vanilla and honey.
Finish: Long, oily, huge spices and slightly herbal.
