Foursquare Cask Strength is a single blended rum distilled in 2011 and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for 12 years. The tropical climate of Barbados accelerates the aging process, resulting in a mature and well-integrated expression delivering a complex flavour profile with notes of chocolate, zesty limes, fresh ginger and dried coconut accompanied by hints of dried apricots, treacle tart, vanilla ice cream, all with a very creamy and oily texture.
