Finn Thomson Aultmore 11 Year Old Scotch
Aultmore 11 Year Old single red wine cask whisky bottled by Finn Thomson. The quality and influence of the wine cask is clear to see here – a bright red glow has been imbued along with the subtle tannins and red fruit notes we would expect from a Torres red wine. The wine influence is obvious here – tannins and red berry notes shine through. There is still a hint of the light style of Aultmore as a distillery but this is more about the cask than inherent style of the distillery. 310 bottles produced at cask strength.
