Nose: Lively with floral and grassy notes, leading to white peaches and grapefruit juice. Hints of fresh mint and warm cereal biscuity notes.
Palate: Citrus peel and toasted gingerbread. Sweeter citrus notes develop into honey, cinnamon and spice.
With water added Creamy vanilla fudge, baking spices, jam tarts, and peppery oak come to the fore.
Finish: Medium to long finish with notes of caramelised citrus, shaved oak, white pepper, honey and warming spices of cloves and burnt vanilla.
