Nose : Toasted brioche, Granny Smith apple and a twist green pepper. Toasted oak lingers in the background.
Palate: Sweet pear and tropical hints with banana and almond notes are contrasted with subtle herbs of thyme and rosemary.
With water added – packed with fresh green notes of pear, cardamom, waxy with a prickly peppery note anise.
Finish: Dry and balanced. Digestive biscuit, honey, malty, and salted caramel popcorn. Faint spiciness developing nutmeg and brown sugar.
