Daftmill Winter Release 2026 Scotch Whisky is a small batch release of only 3475 bottles Worldwide. Daftmill’s Francis Cuthbert has created a seasonal release using a sizeable proportion of whiskies aged in ex-Sherry casks, unusual for this renowned distillery.

This fulsome and forward dram is a fantastic meeting of moreish Christmas cake flavours from the cask, and the distinct barley sugar and shortbread spirit character we’ve grown to associate with Daftmill. A round, mouth coating texture and a playful spicy kick give yet more credence to Francis Cuthbert’s reputation as Fife’s finest.
