The second release from Daftmill Distillery in Fife. Distilled in the Summer of 2006 and matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years.

Nose: Victoria sponge, curry leaves, toffee and peaches.

Palate: Lemon, honey, marmalade and vanilla pods.

Finish: Spicy oak, ginger and summer fruits.
