The inaugural release of Daftmill Whisky is a vatting of three first fill bourbon casks. It is Twelve years old, bottled at 55.8% and limited to 629 bottles.

Nose: Malty with lots of butterscotch, chocolate, nutmeg and apples.

Palate: Oak, coconut, almonds, citrus fruits and grassy notes.

Finish: Long with sweet vanilla.
