Daftmill 15 Year Old, Sherried, Fife Strength 2024

Daftmill Fife Strength 2025. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024, this latest limited edition release of Daftmill 15 year old is certainly an exciting one – not only is it bottled at “Fife Strength” (56.3% ABV) but it also has, for the first time, a subtly luscious influence from a single Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry cask in the vatting!

Daftmill’s classic buttered, waxy, gently lemony character is underlying – with layers of spiced custard and shoe leather that meld into stewed plum and dark fruit notes. The finish is mouth coating and extremely long, Very delicious whisky indeed.
