Daftmill 2011 Winter Release 2024
This Winter release of Daftmill was drawn from 27 fresh ex-bourbon barrels. Each was filled in December of 2011. 7,500 bottles were made, all bottled at 12 years old. There’s quintessential Lowland styling here: superbly honied barley, marzipan, vanilla and sweet grassy notes. Moreish and immaculate, this is another winner from this finest of farm distilleries.
