A limited edition Caol Ila aged in bourbon barrels for 11 years and finished in French Sassicaia wine casks for 2 years.
Dried fig aromas with cured meats and cinnamon spice, redcurrant flavours give way to black pepper and lemon peel. A medium finish with pepper, forest fruit and smoke.
