Bunnahabhain Feis Ile 2022 Abhainn Araig

A marriage of Bunnahabhain spirit that has been matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry, octave casks, made from the finest specially seasoned European oak. Octave casks are some of the smallest and most concentrated casks, producing a rich, sticky, intense Bunnahabhain. This spirit has then been expertly married with Bunnahabhains that have been matured in ex-bourbon & Oloroso sherry casks, to create complexity & balance. The result? Beautifully balanced flavours of milk chocolate, raisins and raspberries, giving way to balsamic vinegar and honeyed macadamias and a deep toffee finish with a spicy cinnamon burst.
